- The location where the service is performed is accessible and safe
- You will ensure your vehicle is available at the agreed time and place
3. Bookings and Cancellations

- You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 4 hours in advance
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee
4. Payments
- We accept payments via cash, PayPal, Stripe, or other supported methods
- Payment is due at the time of service or online before the appointment
- All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes
5. Liability
While we take great care during our services, Water & Wax is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to your vehicle
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
- Loss or damage due to incorrect booking information
